Project GB – Filling In The Gaps

Project GB HarrogateI staffed a camp a few weeks ago. It wasn’t a particularly special kind of camp, there were only around 20 participants, it was only a week long and it wasn’t even international as the participants were just from different branches in GB; but it turned out to be one of the most rewarding CISV experiences I’ve ever had. An idea born at IJBC 2010, Project GB is relatively new, this is it’s 3rd year running and the 4th project will happen this summer. The one I staffed was the first 14/15 age group camp – this generation had the chance to go on all three of the projects so far and some of them have!
